
Product Management Course
Course Overview
This 4-week blended learning course, "Product Management," is designed to equip participants with essential strategic and tactical skills and knowledge for effective product management to navigate the entire product lifecycle successfully. This course combines prerecorded classes and live sessions each week through a mix of theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, real-world case studies, and a capstone project to provide an interactive and engaging learning experience. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, user research, product strategy, and more, culminating in a capstone project that demonstrates their proficiency. Upon completion, students will receive a certificate and benefit from bonus sessions, including tips for building a digitally visible and reputable personality and a group mentorship session.

Project Title: Developing a Product from Concept to Launch
Week 1: Project Selection
Choose a product idea or existing product or identify a real-world problem. Create a problem statement and propose a product solution.
Week 2: Research and Analysis
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive analysis. Create user personas and conduct user interviews, write user stories.
Week 3: Development and Execution
Develop a product roadmap. Outline a product strategy, define an MVP, and plan a product launch.
Week 4: Presentation
Present the project (product launch strategy) to the class and receive feedback from peers and instructors.

This is a 1 month virtual course, with 3 days of sessions per week. To accommodate different schedules and learning styles, we've designed the course with flexibility in mind.
2 days per week will be pre-recorded, allowing you to learn at your own pace and convenience.
